Scott Stallings is a rookie on the PGA Tour who made his way to the big time through Q-school. But to this point in 2011, Stallings may have made Casey In Transitions Championship more money on his excellent blog than on the course.Stallings has made just one cut so far this year – last weekend in Puerto Rico, he tied 42nd opposite the World Golf Championship at Doral. A victim of poor play and the PGA Tour rookie reshuffle, Stallings’ playing opportunities would be limited for the remainder of the year unless he could find his way into a tournament and sneak in a big finish.In his second round at the Transitions Championship, though, Stallings is on the cusp of making some big bucks and bigger waves. More than halfway through his second round on an extended day of play due to fog delays on Thursday, Stallings first completed an opening round of 5-under 66 and is two more under par through 11 holes of his second round.
